Darrell West is a founding partner of insight2execution (i2e). Prior to founding i2e, Darrell has held senior marketing positions in Microsoft Corporation, Fluke Corporation, and Bose Corporation. His responsibilities included strategic market development, audience marketing, brand management, product management, and channel marketing. Kimberly West, Ed.D

Dr. Kimberly West is an education thought leader working with school districts and technology corporations around the world. Her work focuses on instructional leadership and policy design, centered on redefining what teaching and learning look like in the modern classroom. A vital part of this is the role technology plays in equity and access to quality education for all students. She was a National Board Certified K-12 educator and content designer for professional learning. She is also a Certified Clifton Strengths Coach. Becky Keene, MSEd

Director of Operations

Becky Keene advises on best practices for supporting education around the world. She is responsible for coordinating our team of education thought leaders. Becky ensures that all of our programs, projects, and people are aligned to our client’s goals and delivered with excellence. She is a National Board Certified Teacher, ISTE Certified Educator, Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, Microsoft Certified Educator, and author of the book Sail the 7 Cs with Microsoft Education (available on Amazon). Prior to her position with us, Becky was a One-to-One Program Specialist for Kent School District in WA for nine years and an elementary and middle school classroom teacher. She has supported, trained, coached, and advocated for teachers around the world. Because of her excellence as a professional learning facilitator, Becky has been a top request to lead both local and international events for Microsoft in Education. Beth Dudycha

Senior Manager, Content Development

Beth Dudycha is our lead content developer and guides content for in-person and online training for educators around the world. She has a passion for accessibility, which drives educators to see the value in creating compliant material for all students and staff. As a former teacher and a current dyslexic, her speaking sessions at educational conferences have brought to light the various ways technology can assist teachers in developing an inclusive classroom for those with and without specific labels. Beth is a Minecraft Certified Trainer and a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert and holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction – Educational Technology. She became a programmer when she worked as a Curriculum and Instructional Designer at DreamBox Learning. Prior to this, she taught elementary school in the Mercer Island School District. Robin Lowell

Senior Manager, Accessibility

Robin Lowell is a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, special education, science, and mathematics teacher. She has worked as a teacher of students who are blind and visually impaired. She is an expert on teaching via digital distance learning. Robin is uniquely qualified to teach in-depth about how to use technology to optimize accessibility in the classroom. “As a special education teacher, I am constantly on the hunt for technology and tools that give students with disabilities an environment that is personalized, differentiated, and yet as close to their peers’ experience as possible,” she writes on the Office Blogs. Nathan Wells

Senior Manager, Customer Engagement

Nathan Wells focuses on business development and helps pursue new opportunities for i2e through grants, non-profit partnerships, and education industry partners. His role is also to communicate our vision and align messaging to all current and potential clients. He has worked with many different EdTech tools and platforms, giving insight into what is possible when planning. This experience helps build a vision for success for education thought leaders. Nathan was most recently an educational technology coordinator for a district in central Phoenix, Arizona.
