Greatness doesn’t come from a one-size-fits-all program, the newest curriculum, or latest and greatest initiative. Successful people use their key talents to guide their work.
This 5-part workshop series focuses on turning talents into strengths using Gallup’s Clifton Strength Finders. Participants will take their own personal Clifton Strengths Assessment (included in the cost) to help uncover their top 5 talents. The workshop guides participants in understanding the meaning behind these talents, and how to develop these talents into strengths to become more effective in their profession.
