In addition, we identify and guide the implementation of putting a district’s vision into practice to drive purposeful outcomes for school systems. Guide school districts through developing by imagining innovative approaches with a digital transformation plan. Firstly, we use Microsoft’s Education Transformation Framework customized to meet their needs. Schools certainly do not need to be a Microsoft shop to greatly benefit from this program.
We use the Microsoft ETF as a framework for what is possible in a post-Covid 19 world; focused on what is needed to develop educational systems that can support student success in our modern society. To sum up, the framework serves to:
• Guide education leaders to navigate the digital transformation effort
• Facilitate the process of envisioning what’s possible
• Develop an organizational roadmap toward future-ready learning
CliftonStrengths (formally StrengthsFinders) has been helping organizations since 2001. Above all CliftonStrengths builds a culture based on the talents an individual brings to their job. Further, they can build those talents into strengths that benefit the whole organization. In short, when we focus on people’s strengths, leaders are better able to support their staff to become highly effective teams. We teach the techniques of CliftonStrengths and add an educational lens to it. The work with district-level teams, school leadership, and teachers builds a culture focused on what we do well, and how we can use our strengths to best meet the needs of our students.
