CliftonStrengths (formally StrengthsFinders) has been helping organizations since 2001 to build a culture based on the talents an individual brings to their job. When we focus on people’s strengths, leaders are better able to support their staff to become highly effective teams – and that leads to highly effective organizations. We teach the techniques of CliftonStrengths and add an educational lens to it. We work with district-level teams, school leadership, and teachers to build a culture focused on what each individual does well, and how those strengths are used to best meet the needs of students.
