Workshop Description:

What do great teachers do differently? What separates the great teachers from others? Educators at all levels struggle to answer this question and how they can improve their practice. Great teachers do not come from an one-size-fits-all program, the newest curriculum, or latest and greatest initiative. They use their key talents to guide their work.

This workshop will focus on turning those talents into strengths using Gallup’s Clifton Strength Finders. Participants will take their own personal Clifton Strengths Assessment (included in the cost) to help uncover their top 5 talents. The workshop will help guide participants in understanding the meaning behind these talents, and how to develop these talents into strengths to become better teachers and colleagues in their profession.
