No, attending the 12-hour Instructional Coach Academy is the first step in in the Certified Instructional Coach process. To become a Certified Instructional Coach, in 6–9 months after the kick-off session, you must:
- Attend monthly online PD
- Attend training sessions on building your coaching portfolio
- Complete and pass the portfolio submission process
After your portfolio passes, you will receive your:
- Certificate of Endorsement from Microsoft Education
